- En route: The package is currently in transit within Japan to its next destination point.
- Arrival at outward office of exchange: The package has reached the import/export location and will be processed.
- Dispatch from outward office of exchange: The package has left the import/export location and is en route to the next destination.
- Item presented to import customs: The package is with customs and awaits processing.
- Item returned from import customs: Customs has cleared your package, and it is en route to the next destination.
- Processing at delivery Post Office/Item out for physical delivery: Your package is being prepared for delivery and should arrive soon.
- Final delivery: The package has been successfully delivered.
- Retention/Item held at delivery depot or delivery office: The package requires further action (contact information update, customs charges). This may occur if customs or the post needs additional information to process your package or after a failed delivery attempt. Contact your local post office promptly for next steps.
3. Additional Considerations:
- Check Local Post Tracking: Once your package arrives in your country, use the same tracking number on your local post's tracking tool for more detailed updates.
- "Item was not found" Message: If you see this message after 72 hours from the shipment date, it likely means the package has not been picked up. Please contact us for assistance.
