We understand your concern regarding the inactive tracking information despite receiving a shipping notification.
Here’s some additional information that may help clarify the situation:
- Tracking Activation Process: Once we hand over your package to JP Post (Japan Post), they need to scan and process the package before the tracking information becomes active and visible online. If the tracking information is not active, it typically means that JP Post has not yet scanned the package into their system.
- Weekend and Holiday Delays: Please note that JP Post may experience delays in updating tracking information, especially during weekends and Japanese national holidays. If your package was shipped before a weekend or holiday, it may take additional time for JP Post to process and update the tracking status. If you receive your tracking information on Friday (JST), it may not appear until Monday evening (JST).
- Patience and Monitoring: We recommend allowing some time for JP Post to update their tracking system. Normally, tracking information should become active within 24-48 hours after shipment, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Contacting Customer Service: If more than 48 hours have passed since you received the shipping notification and the tracking information is still not active, please contact our customer service team. Provide them with your order number and the shipping details so that we can investigate further and provide you with an update.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work with JP Post to ensure the accurate tracking and delivery of your package, especially during periods of increased postal activity or holidays.
